Resolved: Mac Issues on eduroam Wireless – 2/24

ITS staff have resolved the eduroam wireless issues on campus. Thank you for your patience. If you haven’t automatically reconnected to the eduroam network, turn Wi-Fi off on your device, turn it back on, and select eduroam.

If you continue to experience network connectivity issues, contact the ITS Support Center for help by visiting service.storesoo.com/its, calling 515-271-3001, or visiting the lower level of Carnegie Hall.
